Assalaamu Alaikum (varah),

May peace and blessings of Almighty be upon you all...

Hearty Welcome,
About this Blog... Splinters >An effort to present VLSI in a simple way...

Splinters mean bits or pieces. That is what this blog tries to give you, pieces of information about VLSI, or a glimpse of what VLSI is. Through this blog I will try (Insha Allah, God willing) to share my knowledge that I gathered in this field for the past 7 years.

This can be a good reference tool for those from Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation and Physics background. Definitely this is not the blog which teaches everything about VLSI but rather a quick reference tool concentrating on VLSI concepts.

Third Year Medical School Syndrome

There's this made up syndrome aptly named "Third Year Medical School Syndrome". Basically it refers to the paranoia third year students feel as they encounter most diseases face-to-face for the first time. Recall that for the first two years of medical school, students only do classroom work, study from books and write exams. It is in their third year of medical school that they actually step foot into a hospital room and see real patients and real illnesses. You can probably imagine what happens at that stage: paranoia city. Suddenly, they see how scary many illnesses are. They see the nightmare many people have to live through and they see how precious health (and life) really is.

அதற்கு பெயர் third year syndrome

Top 10 Reasons to be a Doctor !!

Top 10 Reasons to be a Doctor
Details:http://medxforum.com/vb/showthread.php?701-Why-to-choose-Medicine-as-Life-Career-Top-10-Reasons-to-be-a-Doctor

1) Respect

Doctors are kept at a position compatible to god by people of this world. Huge respect is given to doctors from ancient times to till now. They are called as life savers. The degree “Doctor of Medicine” still carries huge power in our society. With this power, there comes responsibility as a doctor. Doctors have to maintain their respect. There is huge pride in this field of medicine.
Despite of all the respect, many doctors feel that they are overworked, underpaid and underappreciated but it’s really not the case. Patients trust and respect their doctors and their decisions. Patients should behave well with their doctors and should be open in front of them. I conclude this by saying that doctors are essential, so value them.

2) Secure job.
Their job is very secure as compared to other jobs. There can’t be any recession in medical sector. Thus, a doctor’s job is safe. Even those doctors, who lose a job can get a new job easily, they won’t stay out of work for long time as doctors are needed everywhere.

3) Serve for public
It’s a genuine service for the benefit of the public. You are actually saving someone’s life what else good you can do. You have your patient’s wishes with you for your whole life what else you need!!! Patients compare their doctors to god. There is nothing bigger than that, that they can achieve in their entire life. That’s why doctors always walk with pride.

Secrets of Hajj… Pilgrimage

The  journey of pilgrimage is an easy way to acquire Allah’s satisfaction as the pilgrim is considered to be a guest in the house of Allah …

Hajj…. Is the holy spiritual journey to the house of Allah “The Kaaba” as all believers are in deep willingness to visit this holy place as Allah Almighty gave that place an advantage over any other place all over the world.

Allah Almighty Says: (Verily, the first House (of worship) appointed for mankind was that at Bakkah (Makkah), full of blessing, and a guidance for Al-'Alamin (the mankind and jinns)* In it are manifest signs (for example), the Maqam (place) of Ibrahim (Abraham); whosoever enters it, he attains security. And Hajj to the House (Ka'bah) is a duty that mankind owes to Allah, those who can afford the expenses and whoever denies Hajj  then Allah stands not in need of any of the 'Alamin.) {Sûrat Al-Imrân-verse96-97}.

Hajj includes all worship, in it there is Monotheism, prayer, fasting ,Zakat, good behavior, supplication(center of worship) , patience, contemplation, thinking in the creation of Allah , Jihad by the soul , spending money, Humility , purity and charity.

Human is doing all of that while he or she is directed to Allah by a sincere heart.
